Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Routinely clean and lubricate equipment, maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt, ready or put away tools as assigned.
  • Closely follows directions to operate machinery, hold or supply routine materials and tools, and load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
  • Performs routine property care activities.
  • Performs any non-technical routine tasks at the plant.
  • Routine quality checks on finished products.
  • Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level colleague.
  • Follow safety regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
  • Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).

Knowledge and Skills
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
  • Ability to work in a variety of roles.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $15.82 - $25.24annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between17.50 to17.50. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
