Distribution Specialist – Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire
Full-Time Seasonal Mount Hope, PA

Hear ye, hear ye, stout-hearted workers of strength and good cheer — the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire seeks a Distribution Specialist to join our merry crew! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy supporting bustling taverns and lively food shoppes, and don’t mind a bit of lifting as you keep the kingdom running smoothly, this role may be your perfect quest.

Role Overview

The Distribution Specialist is responsible for receiving, organizing, and delivering inventory to all food concessions, bars, and beverage points across the Shire. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring every turkey leg, tankard of ale, and sweet treat reaches its destination on time.

Key Duties

  • Tuesday thru Friday 6am-2pm or later, weekend availability helpful
  • Unload and sort incoming deliveries for food & beverage locations
  • Stock, stage, and rotate inventory in storage areas
  • Distribute products to concessions and bars throughout the Faire grounds
  • Maintain clean, organized storage spaces and accurate inventory counts
  • Assist with moving equipment, supplies, and festival materials as needed
  • Work closely with F&B leadership to ensure timely restocking during show days
  • Uphold safety standards while lifting, transporting, and operating equipment
