Job description

Utah Fertility Center’s Pleasant Grove location is hiring a full-time, 3rd Party Coordinator-RN to join our team! This is an opportunity to work in the innovative and exciting field of fertility and join an extraordinary and committed staff.

This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate treatment plans for patients utilizing third-party reproduction services.
  • Educate patients on the proper administration, dosing, and timing of fertility medications used during treatment cycles.
  • Coordinate medication orders, pharmacy refills, and delivery of fertility drugs ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
  • Assist providers with procedures and start IVs.
  • Perform intrauterine inseminations (IUI).
  • Ensure all third-party reproduction activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned 
  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Utah.

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, Associate Degree in Nursing required.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience; fertility, reproductive medicine, OB/GYN, women's health, or care coordination experience preferred.
