Job description

Triangle Pond Management is seeking a full-time Facilities and Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This position offers a pay range of $17 โ€“ $22 per hour, commensurate with experience.

YOUR DAY

In this Facilities and Operations Support Specialist role, you will begin each day by ensuring that the office, bathrooms, warehouse, and common areas are clean and orderly. Your responsibilities will include emptying trash receptacles, restocking supplies, and performing light janitorial duties throughout the facility. You will organize warehouse inventory, assist with preparing orders, and perform routine checks and basic maintenance of fish tanks and plant bogs. Additionally, you will maintain the parking lot, grounds, fencing, and dumpster areas, and conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts of supplies and materials. During certain times of the year, you will participate in seasonal groundskeeping and annual maintenance projects. You will also have opportunities to support various field projects related to lake and pond management as needed.

YOUR HOURS

This is a full-time position. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Hours may vary based on workload, weather, or operational needs; occasional Saturdays may be required
