Summary:

CDH is seeking a driven, technically proficient Territory Manger to lead and execute the strategy for high-security fencing and perimeter protection systems across North America.

This role is responsible for developing growth through specifications, contractor engagement, and distribution channel management. The Territory Manager will build and manage relationships with contractors, distributors, and architects while driving projects from design to award.

This position requires a strong understanding of high-security fencing and specifications along with the ability to support customer and project needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Market Development

  • Develop and manage sales for high-security fencing systems.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in government, military, utilities, data centers, transportation, and other critical infrastructure markets.
  • Secure product specifications through architects and Approved Equal options.

Customer Management

  • Build and manage relationships with fencing contractors, architects, engineers, and distributors.
  • Execute and develop new and existing sales strategies with distributors and sales team.
  • Conduct meetings, both in-person and virtual, showcasing our product.

Project & Sales Execution

  • Support bid and proposal efforts including pricing strategy, takeoffs, submittals, and technical support.
  • Track projects from early design through installation.
  • Monitor and report sales activity including new and existing quotes through CRM.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Reports to CDH Vice President
  • No direct reports

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of fencing sales (high-security preferred)
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and project specifications.
  • Proven customer relationship management experience.
  • Knowledge of ASTM
  • Experience with specifications and architects.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Home office
  • Frequent travel to contractors, distributors, and project sites.
