Penn Fencing is a full-service employee-owned fence company in Western Pennsylvania offering careers in commercial, industrial and residential fence installation. We currently are looking for motivated employees of all skill and experience levels. We maintain three locations: Butler, Seneca and Indiana PA. We have been providing solutions for our customers’ fencing needs for 50 years. Our company follows these basic core principles:

Experience in the fence industry is not required; we offer comprehensive training. We are looking for quality people that want the opportunity to learn the fencing trade and grow within the company.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Load trucks and properly secure loads
  • Follow directions from the crew leader
  • Assist in field layout of the fence based on drawings, surveys, plans and pins
  • Assist in auguring fence post holes using hand and power tools
  • Driving fence posts using post drivers
  • Prepare concrete by hand or using power equipment
  • Assist in the erection of vinyl, chain link, ornamental, wood and other fence systems according to industry standards and Penn Fencing established best practices
  • Assist in the installation of gates and hardware
  • Clean up customers property from all job-related debris
