About the Role:
Fence Connection LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Fence Installer to join our growing team in Marine City, MI. This is a hands-on outdoor role where you'll take pride in delivering quality fence installations that make a real difference for our customers. Responsibilities:
  • Install residential and commercial fencing including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and aluminum fence systems
  • Read and interpret job site layouts and installation plans to ensure accurate fence placement
  • Dig post holes using manual and power equipment such as augers and post hole diggers
  • Set fence posts, rails, and panels with precision and attention to detail
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and job site equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout the project
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members on site
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in fence installation, construction, or a related trade preferred
