Experienced Fence Installer

Schuell Fence has proudly served Northern Indiana for over 70 years, providing residential, commercial, and industrial fencing solutions. We're looking for an experienced Fence Installer to join our growing team in South Bend.

If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and have experience in construction or fence installation, we'd like to hear from you.

Compensation

  • $25.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience

Benefits

  • 100% Employer-Paid Health Insurance after 90 days
  • Company Matching 401(k)
  • Paid Time Off after 6 months
  • 6 Paid Holidays per year
  • Full-time, year-round employment
  • Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM until projects are completed

What You'll Do

  • Install residential and commercial fencing
  • Prepare job sites and complete fence installations
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
  • Set posts, install gates, and ensure quality workmanship
  • Work safely and efficiently with other crew members
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications

  • Construction experience required
  • Fence installation experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening
