Job description

Roll Off / Dump Truck Driver

Esposito Construction is seeking experienced, full time, Roll Off / Dump Truck Drivers. The right candidate should have 3 + years experience in the industry of dump trucks. As a Roll-Off Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating our roll-off trucks and transporting large containers to and from various job sites.

  • Pay: Flexible, experience based $28-35 DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate a roll-off truck to load, transport, and unload roll-off containers/dumpsters at job sites, recycling centers, landfills, or other designated locations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the roll-off truck and container to ensure safe operation and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate and coordinate with dispatchers or supervisors to receive work orders, obtain job site instructions, and provide updates on the status of deliveries or pick-ups.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe work environment for yourself, other employees, and the public.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on the roll-off truck, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and general cleanliness.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of landfill, transfer stations and quarries
  • Know how to mill and pave
  • Must have a clean MVR
  • A CDL license
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Manual Dump Truck experience a plus
  • In depth knowledge of construction methods and means and equipment utilization
