What is a female night worker?

A Female Night worker is typically a woman employed to work night shifts in various industries, such as healthcare, hospitality, security, or customer service. These roles often require working during nighttime hours, providing essential services when most daytime staff are off duty. Responsibilities can include monitoring facilities, caring for clients or patients, handling emergencies, or performing cleaning and administrative tasks. Female night workers are valued for their ability to ensure operations run smoothly outside of regular business hours.
