Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional coordination and support to project teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations
  • Assist Project Managers with planning, tracking, and execution of construction and utility projects
  • Coordinate project documentation, reporting, and communication across internal teams, field personnel, and external stakeholders
  • Learn and utilize multiple internal and external systems to generate accurate and timely project reports
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks including auditing timecards, tracking project costs, and supporting schedules
  • Work directly with field employees to collect information, resolve issues, and support project needs
  • Ensure all project-related data is collected, processed, analyzed, and distributed accurately and on time
  • Support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of project success

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, construction administration, or customer account support
  • Minimum 2+ years of post–high school education (preferably related to construction, engineering, business, or project management); college degree preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to understand financial and project tracking tools and to master Henkels & McCoy systems
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
