What does felony friendly mean when referring to jobs?

'Felony friendly' refers to jobs or employers that are open to hiring individuals with felony convictions on their record. These employers typically consider applicants based on their qualifications and experience, rather than automatically disqualifying them due to a past felony. Felony friendly jobs can be found in various industries such as manufacturing, construction, food service, and transportation. The willingness to hire someone with a felony may depend on the nature of the conviction, how long ago it occurred, and company policies. These skills and qualities are important because they show employers your value, dedication, and readiness to contribute positively despite past challenges.
