Job description

Reno Staffing is looking for a Warehouse Associate for a apparel company in the Sparks, NV area!


This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established apparel company. Great opportunity for someone looking for steady, full-time work in a warehouse environment. No prior experience required, but warehouse experience is a plus.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $16/hr
Location: Sparks, NV 89441 (Not on bus line – reliable transportation required)

Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and general warehouse maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned.
  • Unload incoming shipments from delivery trucks
  • Inspect incoming stock for damage or defects
  • Verify contents against shipping documents
  • Organize, maintain, and track inventory throughout warehouse
  • Use barcode scanners or inventory systems to track stock
  • Conduct physical inventory counts
  • Pick and pack apparel orders accurately
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for shipment
  • Load outgoing shipments onto delivery trucks
  • Process returns and inspect returned merchandise
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse area
  • Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as needed
  • Use warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and orders
At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you could be required to perform additional job related activities not specifically outlined above.
