We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and support parking management activities. This role will be responsible for client communications, customer service, revenue reporting, vendor coordination, and financial administrative support. The ideal candidate possesses strong data entry and reporting experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Pay: $60,000 / YR

Responsibilities
Customer Service & Client Relations
- Respond professionally and promptly to client emails, with a primary focus on parking-related inquiries and requests.
- Manage customer parking access, including account activations, modifications, and deletions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent and professional communication.
Revenue Reporting & Data Management
- Gather, compile, and maintain daily and monthly revenue data.
- Prepare and distribute revenue reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support monthly financial reporting by providing accurate revenue information for statement preparation.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all operational and financial data.
Administrative & Financial Support
- Perform data entry for daily and monthly revenue reports.
- Submit invoices for payment processing and maintain related documentation.
- Review and approve accounts payable transactions in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain organized records and administrative files.
Vendor Management
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors regarding services, invoices, and operational support.
- Build and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Address and resolve vendor-related issues as needed.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in office administration, data entry, reporting, or a related administrative role.
- Experience generating reports and managing large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with invoicing, accounts payable, and financial reporting processes preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate professionally via email, phone, and in person.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
