Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for answering incoming service calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and efficient experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a great team-player, detail-oriented, empathetic, and enjoys helping customers solve problems in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a positive and supportive office environment focused on teamwork and customer care.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience (home services or dispatch experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
