Job description

Temporary Position: 7/27/2026 - 10/30/2026. Job Summary: The Residency/Fellow Coordinator 1 provides administrative support to an assigned program(s). Assists the Coordinator 2 and 3 with various administrative and operational duties such as answering and screen calls, coordinating events, and maintaining program files. Provides administrative support in the recruiting and accreditation processes of the program, performing duties such as gathering/preparing documentation, coordinating meetings and making necessary travel arrangements. May be responsible for one or more areas of assigned program (s). Performs other duties as needed.

Education and Experience:    Two years of administrative support experience preferred. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Previous experience supporting a residency or fellowship program preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:  Able to use a computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).  Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position. Able to work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate and accept direction. Able to think critically; manage multiple assignments effectively; organize and prioritize workload; work well under pressure; problem solve; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail; work independently with minimal supervision. Able to distinguish colors as necessary; hear sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone, and identify and distinguish various sounds associated with the workplace; see adequately to read computer screens, and written documents necessary to the position.
