Job description

Four Pillars:
  • Teach Truth: Fellows will receive classroom instruction on Scripture and Systematic Theology throughout their two years.
  • Form Character: Department-specific care and programmatic training provide integral Character and Spiritual Development as we prepare Fellows for a lifetime of serving Christ.
  • Experience Ministry: Fellows serve on the front lines of their specific ministry department and are expected to lead, teach, and help run the ministries as a whole.
  • Sharpen Vision: After two years we desire all Fellows to leave with a better understanding of how God has specifically gifted them for ministry and have a clearer vision for where you are going long-term.
Job Purpose: To engage in ministry at Grace Bible Church through your assigned department in order to further their ministry with a view toward your own development.
Duties
Department
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings and planning meetings
  • Lead and coach ministry leaders when appropriate
  • Lead or participate in cross-cultural trips as assigned by your department
  • Help with MOD walk-ins as needed
  • Plan and execute Department events
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Fellows Program
  • Participate in Fellows Classes
    • Complete all Fellows Class Homework as assigned
    • Participate in Fellows Program development moments (Cohorts, Lunch Seminars)
  • Raise 100% of support through Reliant
  • Maintain support base through regular update communication
  • Participate in character and spiritual development with supervisor/mentor
  • Experience "church life" activities such as baptisms, weddings, funerals, membership, GFG, etc.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • A committed and growing Christian in a strong relationship with a local, Bible-teaching church
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A passion for support and service with a teachable spirit
  • Ability to engage in multiple projects and priorities, independently as well as in a team context
  • Effective interpersonal, relational and communication (written and verbal) skills
