Responsibilities

Receptionist Relief Duties

  • Answers telephone
  • Greets visitors
  • Ensures all visitors sign in and out and receive the appropriate credentials (badge) and/or escort to enter the facility

Mail and Shipments-as needed

  • Sorts and Distributes incoming mail
  • Stamps (meter) and sends outgoing mail
  • Prepares UPS and FedEx mailings both in the computer and physically packaging/labeling container(s)

Miscellaneous

  • Maintain Corporate Office Library
  • Assist E3 as needed
  • Assist Corporate Safety Department with STOP card tracking
  • Receive and unreceive PO's
  • Audit UPS and FedEX charges

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years professional office experience
  • 3-5 years of human resources experience
