Job Summary:
Post closer must be extremely organized, professional, team-oriented, and able to communicate professionally with clients effectively via telephone and email. Must strong time management skills, outstanding work ethic, and attention to details and deadlines.
Job Description:
  • Reviews closing documents to ensure all forms are properly signed, witness and notarized.
  • Coordinates obtaining applicable corrections with closing attorney
  • Scan all lender packages, mail/FedEx all disbursements for files.
  • Uploads signed package to the Lender portals.
  • Mails checks to all parties for each transaction.
  • Confirms the cost of recording prior to sending documents to record.
  • Prepares the transfer P-61 to send with deeds to record.
  • Record all required documents via eRecording
  • Receive recorded documents and mail out to buyers and lenders.
  • Scan all recorded documents and surveys into SoftPro system for final title policy issuance if applicable
  • Post final title policies to SoftPro from 3rd party title companies
  • Mail out final title policies and recorded documents.
  • Respond to postclosing emails
  • Review and respond to title clearance requests
