Job description

Box Logistics, an independent FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring dependable delivery drivers to join our high-energy team in North Wales, PA.

If you enjoy being on the road, working independently, and taking pride in doing things right — this is a solid, long-term career opportunity with steady income and growth potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely operate a FedEx-branded step van or box truck (10,000+ lbs)
  • Deliver and pick up packages to homes and businesses in your route area
  • Handle 150+/- stops per day with accuracy, safety, and professionalism
  • Provide great customer service and follow FedEx delivery procedures
  • Load and organize packages each morning for efficient delivery
  • Complete daily vehicle inspections and use a FedEx scanner to track deliveries

Schedule

  • Full-Time or Part-Time positions available
  • Work 4–5 days per week (must include a Saturday or Sunday)
  • Start time: 8:00 AM until route completion
  • Extra shifts available during peak season for additional pay

Pay & Benefits

  • $750–$1,250 per week, depending on route and performance
  • Weekly pay
  • Opportunities for extra stops, days and peak bonuses
  • Reliable, local routes — home every day

Requirements (Must Have All)

  • 1+ year of paid, verifiable driving experience in a 10,000+ lb vehicle (step van, box truck, etc.) within the last 3 years
  • Valid driver’s license (Class C)
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the past 3 years)
  • Clean background check (no major misdemeanors or felonies in the past 7 years)
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Punctual, dependable, safety-focused, and professional

Note: This is a non-CDL local delivery position — not long-haul or linehaul driving.Preferred Experience

Drivers with experience from FedEx Ground, Amazon, UPS, USPS, DHL, or other local delivery companies are encouraged to apply.
