Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) – Earn $180/Day | Paid Training

Earn $180/day, receive paid training, performance bonuses, and enjoy rural delivery routes averaging only 90 stops per day. If you're dependable and enjoy working independently, we'd love to have you on our team.

About Drifting South – A FedEx Contractor

At Drifting South, we're a growing FedEx contractor with a safety-first culture and strong team support. Our terminal is located at 11000 Toebben Drive, Independence, KY 41051. We operate rural delivery routes averaging using company-provided step vans and box trucks.

Pay & Benefits
  • $180/day (raise potential after 60 days)
  • Paid training: $100/day (up to 2 weeks)
  • $150 Week 1 solo bonus
  • $200 30-day performance bonus
  • Health, dental & vision insurance (full-time)
  • PTO after 1 year
  • Company vehicle & uniforms provided
Schedule & Hours
  • Start at 8:30 AM until route completion
  • Full-time: Tuesday–Saturday
  • Part-time: 2–3 days/week (Wednesday–Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
  • Arrive at the FedEx terminal on time
  • Load, scan, and deliver packages safely
  • Complete pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Use GPS to complete delivery routes
Required Qualifications
  • 21 years or older
  • Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check, MVR review, drug test, and DOT physical (paid by employer)
  • CDL not required
