Job description

Scalamandre is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM-4:40PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Hiring/Retention Bonus up to $1,000 within the first year!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for preparing, processing, and coordinating outgoing shipments.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Packing items securely, generating shipping labels for carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or freight services.
  • Attention to details to ensure accuracy in labeling, and documentation.
  • Must be able to consistently lift, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 50 - 70 pounds safely.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for 8 hours shifts on concrete warehouse floor.
  • Must be willing to cross train.

Job Requirements (Education, Years of Experience, etc.) (Can be Provided as Bullet Points):-High school diploma or GED preferred.
-Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or export documentation experience preferred.
-Experience with inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus.
-Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
