Job description

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping orders in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and package customer orders according to company specifications to ensure accuracy and quality. 
  • Shipping & Labeling: Affix shipping labels, ensure proper documentation, and prepare packages for shipping via various carriers ( UPS, FedEx, etc.). 
  • Inventory Management:Assist in tracking inventory levels, ensuring materials and supplies are stocked and available for shipping. 
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders , shipments. And inventory movements.
  • Quality Control:Perform quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure all items are correctly packaged, labeled and documented. 
  • Safety and Cleanliness:Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized environment. 
  • Other Dutties as assigned: Assist with warehouse tasks and other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the shipping department.

Required Skills/Abilities: 


  • Ability to ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to count and track inventory, as well as organize products efficiently.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols, including the safe use of equipment.
  • Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 20 lbs.) and stand or move for long periods.
  • Typically works indoors in a warehouse setting.
  • The role requires physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Required to climb a ladder upwards of 12 feet.
  • Long periods of standing.
  • Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
