We are in search of a Corporate Administrative Specialist I or Corporate Administrative Specialist II to join our Corporate Administration department in Rocklin, California. This full-time position reports to the Manager, Corporate Administration and will manage front desk operations, streamline office supplies and snacks for regional offices, handle shipping logistics, and procure IT hardware. This role ensures smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for visitors and employees across our corporate locations.
Compensation Information
The base salary range for this position in Rocklin, California is:
Level I:
Typical starting range: $46,200 - $59,500
Full base salary range: $46,200 - $66,200
Annual performance-based incentive target is 6% of base.
Level II:
Typical starting range: $50,400 - $67,300
Full base salary range: $50,400 - $75,700
Annual performance-based incentive target is 6% of base.
*Relocation assistance will be provided to eligible candidates who must relocate to accept this position.
Essential Duties
- Front Desk & Reception
- Manage the Rocklin reception desk by providing exceptional, welcoming service to visitors and vendors.
- Answer the main phone line and route inquiries efficiently to the appropriate departments.
- Process daily incoming and outgoing mail.
- Receive, log, and manage FedEx, UPS, and Amazon deliveries daily.
- Office Management & Procurement
- Process and monitor snack orders and office supplies for the Rocklin and broader assigned regions.
- Approve and manage office supply purchasing orders for assigned region offices.
- Order, track, and inventory standard IT hardware (headsets, keyboards, mice, webcams) for new hire setups and employee replacement requests.
- Logistics & Employee Recognition
- Manage all FedEx packing and shipping requests for corporate staff.
- Process and coordinate the distribution of monthly service awards across assigned region.
- Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Other duties as assigned.
Travel Requirements
- AgWest employees may occasionally be asked to travel for all-staff or team meetings not included in the standard travel requirements for the role.
Minimum Qualifications
- Generally, requires three or more years' experience in administrative assistance
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read, write and present general business information
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal staff and external parties
- Solid problem solving, collaboration, organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing administrative support to senior leaders and/or in a corporate environment
- Associates degree or certificate in hospitality, administrative support, or related field
