Monday - Friday - 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)


Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the safe execution of daily operational plans. This role leads and allocates resources, disseminates information to teammates, ensures compliance with key processes, and drives performance across safety, quality, efficiency, and financial KPIs. The position contributes significantly to product safety, quality, legality, and integrity.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee staff productivity and all daily, weekly, and monthly production activities within warehouse operations.

  • Prepare and distribute reports required for daily operations.

  • Ensure schedules are implemented correctly and jobs are assigned and completed effectively.

  • Actively lead and supervise teammates on the floor.

  • Conduct daily operational startup meetings to communicate work instructions, workflow activities, and safety practices.

  • Drive teammate excellence through consistent and fair performance feedback.

  • Promote safety in all operational activities.

  • Conduct weekly safety meetings at the start of shift.

  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work environment aligned with corporate 5S standards.

  • Supervise team operations to meet prescribed objectives.

  • Facilitate seamless handoffs and communicate key information to peers, teammates, and management.

  • Work effectively in a multi-tasking environment.

  • Provide courteous and respectful customer service in high-pressure situations.

  • Ensure inventory integrity and assist with physical inventory counts.


Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related field with no prior work experience, OR Military rank at E-6, E-7, O-1, or O-2, OR Minimum of six months of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment, demonstrating strong leadership skills. required.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

  • Labor Management experience preferred.

  • Prioritization and problem solving skills essential.

  • Experience with quality management methodologies.

  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement with fundamental understanding of change management.

  • Ability to handle people under highโ€‘stress situations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
