Shipping & Warehouse Supervisor (Hands-On)


Our client, a busy graphics manufacturing shop, is looking for a hands-on Shipping & Warehouse Supervisor who isn’t afraid to work on the floor with the team.

This is a working role—not a desk job.


What You’ll Do

· Lead daily shipping and warehouse operations

· Pick, pack, crate, and ship graphics, signage, and materials

· Load/unload trucks and handle incoming shipments

· Coordinate UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight shipments

· Keep inventory organized and accurate

· Make sure orders go out on time and damage-free

· Supervise a small team and keep work moving


What We’re Looking For

· Warehouse/shipping experience (manufacturing preferred)

· Previous lead or supervisor experience is a plus

· Comfortable working on your feet and lifting 50+ lbs

· Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset

· Experience with freight and parcel shipping
