CDL Class A or B OTR Team Needed


Location

  • OTR. Truck may be parked at home or a FedEx location near Indianapolis, IN during home time.

Employment Type

  • 1099 or W2 | Full-Time Solo or Team

Position Overview

  • This is a full-time, over-the-road team driving position operating under FedEx authority, utilizing the FedEx Custom Critical load board to secure high value, temperature control freight
  • Non forced dispatch - you choose the loads you want to take with optional assistance from management
  • This role is ideal for experienced teams seeking high miles, reliable pay, and well-maintained equipment. We value drivers who take pride in professionalism, communication, and delivering exceptional service.

Equipment

  • 2019 Freightliner Cascadia reefer expediter / straight truck
  • Maintained under a strict, consistent preventative maintenance program
  • We operate only safe, clean, and well-maintained vehicles

Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class A or B license
  • Minimum 6 months of recent commercial driving experience
  • Willing and able to stay out 2–3 weeks at a time (home time requests always accommodated)
  • Clean MVR and criminal background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to safety, reliabiltiy, customer service, and equipment care
  • Ability to follow FedEx procedures and security standards
