Job description

Job Summary:

Join our team at Redbone Trucking, a trusted FedEx Ground contractor, where reliability meets opportunity. We’re seeking dedicated Team Truck Drivers for a steady, long-term driving position operating out of North Salt Lake, UT. Drivers run consistent, dedicated routes and enjoy the benefit of being home every week for 2 full days.

This is an excellent opportunity for CDL-A drivers who enjoy teamwork, appreciate structure and predictability, and want to work with a company that values their time and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate as part of a driver team on a dedicated FedEx Ground route
  • Depart from and return to North Salt Lake terminal
  • Drive 5 consecutive days, then off for 2 full days
  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of freight with strict adherence to DOT and FedEx safety standards
  • Maintain accurate logs and communicate effectively with dispatch and co-driver
  • Handle equipment and freight with care and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Class A CDL with Doubles/Triples endorsement (or willing to obtain)
  • Must be able to pass a background checkdrug screen, and DOT physical
  • Prior experience in team driving preferred, but we will consider motivated solo drivers willing to team
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must live within commuting distance of North Salt Lake, UT
