Regular Route FedEx Driver (Drive our Step Vans)

Will start at $140 - $180 a day and will increase with Performance!! Direct deposit every Friday on a W2!


Drivers will be operating out of the Alliance (762) terminal and will be making deliveries in Argyle and Lake Dallas


Job Description:

As a FedEx Delivery Driver at Bay South Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of goods. Your responsibilities will include:


- Safely and responsibly operating company vehicles, such as vans or trucks, to pick up and deliver various items.

- Following established routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

- Loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging.

- Inspecting and maintaining the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.

- Communicating effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.

- Adhering to all safety and traffic regulations.

- Keeping accurate records of deliveries and pickups.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:


- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of local roads and routes.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to lift heavy packages (0-150 lbs.) with the aid of dollies.

- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.

- Flexibility to work varying shifts.

- Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary with additional pay.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
