Job description

We are TB Transport and we are looking to add some new drivers to out team. We are a contracted service provider for Fedex ground and are looking for high energy and positive attitude individuals, and we are looking to get you in the training seat ASAP.

***$1000 sign on bonus after 90 days***

Sign on bonus is paid out after 90 days of employment and eligible for full time employment only. 

Our drivers come into the FedEx terminal in the morning, load their trucks with packages, and head out on route. We utilize iPads which guide them to each stop making it much easier to navigate and deliver. Our drivers are paid by the stop, so we encourage them to work as quickly, safe, and efficient as possible to give them a healthy work/life balance. We guarantee at least $140 per day plus much more if you accomplish higher stop counts.

Any daily stop count above 120 stops we pay an extra $1 per stop. Our drivers handle anywhere from 100-200+ stops per day.

Qualifications:

-You need to be at least 21 years old

-Be able to pass a background check

-Be able to pass a drug test
