Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Enter new vehicles in car rental software and vehicle purchase schedule
  • Post acquired vehicles in accounting software and issue payment to Dealers/Manufacturers
  • Prepare vehicle flooring funding request packages for newly acquired vehicles
  • Enter funding receipts, curtailments, payoffs and update/reconcile flooring schedule
  • Post sold vehicles and sales proceed in car rental and accounting software
  • Maintain and reconcile vehicle inventory schedule
  • Scan/Upload documents
  • Enter car information updates to rental software
  • Process new titles in the title website and rental software
  • Maintain an accurate and organized record-keeping system of titles
  • Process wholesale Reports of Sale
  • Process registration of new vehicles
  • Prepare titles for FedEx shipment
  • Release Liability with DMV
  • Assist in any miscellaneous projects that are assigned
  • Handles in a professional and confidential manner all correspondence, documentation, and files.

Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or higher education degree
  • Accounting degree is not required but a plus
  • Type 50+ WPM and 10 key by touch

COMPENSATION

  • $21/hr. to $24/hr.
  • The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, and education when applicable.
