Federal Work-Study is a program that provides jobs for undergraduate and graduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay for college expenses. Full-Time and Part-Time students of ASU-Newport are eligible for Federal Work Study Employment.An Application for Federal Work Study Employment must be completed to apply for any vacant position. In addition, a resume may be attached. **All Federal Work Study candidates must also complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).** If you are a person with a disability and need accommodation(s) in the application process, please notify the Office of Financial Aid of your requirements.The following Federal Work Study positions are available. The Student Engagement Generalist is responsible for assisting in the daily operations and functions in the Office of the Director for Student Support and Engagement.

  • Shelf reading
  • Assist patrons in using equipment
  • Assist patrons with using databases
