At Advancial as our Systems Programmer, you will be responsible for analysis of stakeholder requirements, coding, delivering and maintaining new and existing software programs in a team environment. You will ensure positive relationships with the branches, internal departments, and external partners.

What You'll Do:
  • Supports system design, analysis, and coding while following UI/UX standards.
  • Assists with updates and maintenance of new and existing programs.
  • Performs QA by troubleshooting issues, identifying causes, recommending fixes, and validating results.
  • Works with web services and API integrations, including communication with the banking core.
  • Communicates clearly, captures requirements accurately, and collaborates with stakeholders to refine user stories.
  • Exercises sound judgment, works independently, and manages multiple tasks effectively.
  • Understands business workflows, compliance needs, and how coding decisions impact quality, security, and member protection.
  • Contributes to a positive culture and strong crossdepartment relationships.
  • Maintains productive relationships with branches, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Keeps current with relevant hardware and software tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from a four-year College or university and minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of formal education and experience
  • Must be capable of accomplishing basic software development tasks
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Visual Studio, C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
  • Working knowledge of relational database concepts and experience using Microsoft SQL Server

This position is hybrid at our Remote Operations Center. Compensation is determined by a candidate's background, including experience and education. $84,000-105,000.
