Job description

Will be responsible for the timely and accurate release of Protected Health Information (PHI), following all Federal and State Law and Regulations as well as Hospital policy.  Will be responsible for maintaining patient information confidentiality.

Qualifications:

High School education required.  Current demonstrated experience and working knowledge of Medical Records, PHI (Protected Health Information) and flexibility required. RHIT/RHIA preferred. Excellent Customer Service Skills required.

Salary: $20.13 - $22.88 doe
