IT Project Manager supporting the DHS/ICE QASS program in Crystal City. Lead delivery planning, schedules, risks, stakeholder communications, technical coordination, and performance reporting across federal IT initiatives. Hybrid Direct Hire role in Arlington, VA.

Requirements
  • U.S. citizen with active DHS, DoD Top Secret, or Q-level clearance
  • IT project management experience supporting complex federal programs
  • Agile and traditional delivery methods, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and status reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and technical team coordination
  • Experience with project management tools and government program delivery

Compensation: $165,000 target salary. Direct Hire role with confirmed funding and approximately 1.5 years remaining on the ICE QASS contract.
