Job Summary:
Ascension Federal Services, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects within their organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans RFP, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and departments
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards
• Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 15+ years of experience in project management
