Individual will provide On-Site Program Management coverage by identifying, implementing and maintaining waste reduction, segregation, and reuse programs for customer. Individual will work closely with customer's Environmental Department.
Essential Functions
  • Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Conduct Daily Site inspections
  • Conduct weekly RCRA inspections
  • Work with customers and vendors to implement improved waste management procedures
  • Manage recycling programs
  • Manage the 90 day accumulation building
  • Schedule all waste shipments including all recycling materials
  • Manage all document tracking including reports to Environmental Department
  • Manage supplier subcontractors working on behalf of Envita Solutions
  • Meet with supplier partners to discuss disposal opportunities, negotiate pricing and review current approvals.
  • Prepare monthly waste activity reports for clients as requested
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company's core values, competencies, and skills.
Education Qualifications
  • Required High School or Equivalent
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree Four year degree

Experience Qualifications
  • Required 1+ years waste management industry
  • Preferred 5+ years experience in waste management industry
  • Required Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.

Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail
  • Sound communication, judgement, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to foster lasting relationships with clients and supplier partners.
  • Must be comfortable building relationships in-person and remotely.
  • Ability to be solve problems and provide solutions with limited direction.
  • Ability to write business proposals. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to develop a sound knowledge and understanding of various federal, state, and local industry-related regulations.
