As a Social Services Director, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents and families while helping ensure a high quality of life in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do
  • Develop, plan, implement, and evaluate social service programs in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Identify and address residents' social, emotional, and psychological needs
  • Coordinate services to support resident well-being and successful care outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic resident care
  • Maintain compliance with nursing home regulations, including MDS procedures and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines

What You Bring
  • Licensed Social Worker preferred (not required)
  • Minimum of one year of supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience working with the psychosocial needs of the elderly, preferred
  • Knowledge of nursing home regulations and reimbursement guidelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
