Zachery Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to support a DoD program that is fully funded through 2028, supporting the Department of the Navy program based in Kansas City, MO. The Help Desk Specialist provides end-user technical support across a large enterprise environment. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their IT career and gain exposure within the Intelligence Community. The role will begin on a night-shift schedule, with the option to move to other shifts after the first few months depending on candidate preference.
