Job Description

The FEC Manager at Es Vedra Cinemas oversees all aspects and will serve as the expert in FEC operations, with a focus on arcade, bowling, redemption store, and other attractions. This role requires a creative mindset, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of gaming and attractions within the FEC, including arcade games, bowling lanes, redemption store, and other attractions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and guest engagement, including promotions, special events, and loyalty programs.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming equipment and attractions, coordinating repairs and servicing as needed.
  • Hire, train, and supervise gaming and attractions staff, providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels for redemption prizes and other supplies, ordering replenishments as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Analyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, researching new games and attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Required Skills
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification required.
  • Proven experience in FEC management or related role, with a strong understanding of gaming and attractions operations.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
  • Comfortable with flashing lights & loud noises.
