Assistant Director – Project Turn Over & Building Performance / Capital Programs Management Group Arizona State University Campus: Tempe JR122360 End Date: September 14, 2026 Apply before 11:59 PM Arizona time the day before the posted End Date. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field including two (2) years managerial experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Job Description: The Capital Programs Management Group (CPMG), under Facilities Development and Management (FDM), seeks an Assistant Director to lead ASU's Project Turnover and Building Performance Program.

Reporting to the Director of CPMG, this position is responsible for establishing and managing the processes, standards, and personnel that ensure successful project turnover from construction to operations. The Assistant Director provides leadership and oversight for commissioning, quality assurance, and quality control (QA/QC), project closeout, warranty management, turnover readiness, and LEED certification activities across ASU's capital construction portfolio. This position serves as the primary liaison between Capital Programs and Facilities Management Operations to ensure that new and renovated facilities are delivered in accordance with project requirements, operational expectations, sustainability goals, and university standards.
