WAGE RANGE (EXEMPT): $80,168 - $84,000 Annually

Primary Responsibilities
Technical Management System
  • Maintain the Technical Management System
  • Develop, revise, approve, and control SOPs, work instructions, forms, and records.
  • Maintain the Food Safety amp; Technical Manual and document hierarchy.
  • Ensure controlled documents remain current and compliant.
Food Safety amp; Regulatory
  • Serve as HACCP Team Coordinator.
  • Maintain the HACCP Plan and prerequisite programs.
  • Support Food Defense, Food Fraud and regulatory programs.
  • Provide technical leadership to ensure products, processes, and systems consistently meet company, customer, regulatory, and certification requirements, including FDA, FSMA, SQF, Costco, and customer-specific standards.
Audit amp; Compliance
  • Lead external audit preparation.
  • Coordinate audit schedules and readiness activities.
  • Support customer, regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
  • Coordinate corrective actions and verify timely closure.
Program Management
  • Maintain validation and verification documentation.
  • Coordinate annual program reviews.
  • Monitor regulatory and customer requirement changes.
  • Ensure Technical Programs remain aligned with operational practices.
Cross-Functional Support
  • Partner with Operations, Innovation, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain on process changes.
  • Participate in risk assessments and change management activities.
  • Ensure Product, regulatory and customer requirements are incorporated into new products and process changes.
Continuous Improvement
  • Drive improvements to technical systems and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve compliance processes.
  • Develop and report operational and technical KPIs.
