Currently seeking a Claims Customer Service Representative to obtain claim-related factual information from agents, policyholders and claimants in order to complete the Notice of Loss documents for all lines of business. The representative is also responsible for all new claims and correspondence for all regions and all lines of business, answering claim and provider inquiries, routing all other company related calls to the appropriate personnel and some administrative tasks to support the department. This role requires the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The position will be a hybrid position working in our Sarasota, FL office.

The salary range for this position is $18.58-$28.62 hourly. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
