Baptist Health is currently looking to add an Interventional Radiologic (IR) Technologist to our Special Procedures Department at Baptist Downtown, located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a PRN, various shifts opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Performs high‑quality radiographic images.
  • Functions as a member of a team performing interventional procedures.
  • Works under sterile conditions, very similar to the OR.
  • Promotes goodwill among co‑workers and other departments, and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
  • Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.
  • Must participate in on‑call coverage.
  • Identifies, prepares, administers, and documents medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy.
