Job description

Management & Program Analyst

The Management & Program Analyst provides support to the Primary Care Service at the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center or Cape Girardeau Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) within the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 15. The primary responsibility of the position is serving as the principal facility coordinator (PFC) of the Patient Centered Management Module (PCMM) and Newly Enrolled Appointment Requested (NEAR) Coordinator for all Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT).
