Job description

Tekpro Support Services (TSS) is seeking Mid Level  Inventory Specialists for our Redstone Arsenal location. Qualified candidate will be Responsible for managing, reporting and self-assessing Government Property as applicable to each unit. This includes the maintenance of records and issuance of required Government owned property from its receipt at the company to its final disposition or termination. Position includes support of the Government`s annual audit of the Government property management system. To be considered for this position, it is required to have a current Top Secret Security Clearance. 

Responsibilities include, with limited supervision, but not limited to:

• Maintains control of government property utilizing Government systems.

• Ensures compliance for accounting, management and care of government property from

acquisition to final disposition.

• Continuous monitoring and evaluation of asset locations.

• Prepares reports for lost, damaged, surplus, or destruction of Government Property

• Monitors transfer of property across divisions in accordance with FBI policy

• Submits service requests as required to manage the transfer of property

• Inputs purchases of accountable property into FBI systems.

• Gathers, interprets, and analyzes data regarding accountable property and presents findings to

management.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Answer customer and client inquiries

• Perform additional tasks as required by superiors

Qualifications

• 3+ years prior experience working in related field.

• Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask

• Reliable and diligent worker

Requirement:
Must have a current Top Secret Security Clearance
