Job Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining strong connections with existing customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.

  • Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Education: (Not mandatory) Four-year degree from an accredited institute of higher learning.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As well as possess the ability to accept constructive criticism, comprehend industry-specific training and information, and effectively apply it to their role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools. Demonstrable PC literacy and proficiency in NetSuite (Not mandatory).
