Compensation:

$150,000+ at plan yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Mentor your team, evaluate their sales performance, and help them improve
  • Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs
  • Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
  • Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals
  • Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals
  • As a candidate for the Fast Track Management Program, you’ll join New York Life as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, which typically take between 6-12 months, you’ll be eligible for promotion to Associate Partner
  • In this management role, you’ll begin recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, a six-month intensive training designed to help ensure that you succeed when promoted to Partner
  • You’ll build and lead your own team with the support of a Fortune 100 company. Our development managers and product consultants will support you in reaching your financial professionals with everything they need to know. NYLIC University, one of the most comprehensive and well-respected training programs in the industry, offers a blended learning curriculum designed to meet financial professionals’ needs throughout the various stages of their careers

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
