About the Role

Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in promotional products and branded merchandise to join our growing team. In this role, youll design artwork that comes to life on apparel and hard goods, collaborate closely with sales and production, and ensure every design is print-ready, accurate, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, revise, and finalize artwork for promotional products, including apparel, headwear, drinkware, bags, awards, and custom items
  • Prepare print-ready files for multiple decoration methods (screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, sublimation, pad print, laser engraving, etc.)
  • Interpret customer logos, branding guidelines, and design requests into clear production-ready layouts
  • Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Vendors to ensure artwork accuracy and feasibility
  • Build and modify virtual proofs and mockups for client approval
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Maintain organized artwork files and production documentation
  • Troubleshoot artwork issues and provide creative solutions

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (promotional products industry strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required); Photoshop and InDesign a plus
  • Strong understanding of vector artwork, color separations, Pantone colors, and print production standards
  • Experience designing for physical products and various imprint methods
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred / Bonus Skills

  • Experience with screen printing, embroidery digitizing or knowledge of stitch limitations
  • Familiarity with ASI, SAGE, or similar promo industry platforms
  • Experience creating sales presentations or product catalogs
  • Understanding of brand compliance and logo standards
