Travel Cath Lab Technologist and Rad Tech opportunity in Towson, MD 21204. Join a high-volume cardiac interventional center and support advanced cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced, collaborative Cath Lab / Hybrid OR setting.

This 13-week travel healthcare assignment is an excellent opportunity to strengthen your interventional radiology and cardiac cath lab skills while caring for adult and geriatric patients. Towson offers a welcoming suburban setting with easy access to Baltimore, making it a great place to live and work.

  • Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (06:30-17:00), rotating days as needed Monday-Friday
  • On-Call: Required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Orientation: 20-24 hours
  • Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,520-$2,710

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab and/or interventional scrubbing experience
  • ARRT-R and/or RCIS required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Experience with GE Healthcare charting/documentation preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sterile technique, room setup, and procedural workflow
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule and participate in call coverage
  • First-time travelers accepted
Responsibilities
  • Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a busy Cath Lab environment
  • Scrub and support complex cases, including LHC, RHC, PCI, IABP, Rotablator, Shockwave, TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, and structural heart procedures
  • Prepare equipment, maintain a sterile field, and support safe procedural flow
  • Monitor hemodynamics, assist with patient prep, and help recognize life-threatening rhythm changes
  • Support accurate documentation and use of cath lab equipment and imaging systems
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care
  • Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled, including weekends and holidays
