As a Team Leader at Jack in the Box, you are a hands-on role model who helps lead the shift, support crew members, and deliver great guest experiences. You’ll work closely with management to keep operations running smoothly while fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace.

This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in leadership, mentor others, and help create an environment where employees feel valued and guests feel welcomed.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support crew members during assigned shifts
