NO EXPERIENCE is required for this position, as on-the-job training is provided. However, a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and good communication skills are important qualities for a successful crew member. Additionally, physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
We are a customer-oriented business that focuses on providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for customers. To be successful in this role, a candidate for this role should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask and work under pressure and have a strong attention to detail.
The primary duties of a crew member may include:
  • Taking customer orders: Crew members are responsible for taking customer orders and ensuring that they are accurately entered into the restaurant's point-of-sale system. They may also be responsible for handling cash transactions and making changes.
  • Preparing food: Crew members may be responsible for preparing food items such salsas, aguas frescas, and some items from our menu. They must ensure that food is prepared to the restaurant's standards and that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
  • Cleaning: Crew members are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This may include cleaning counters, and windows, restocking supplies, and keeping the dining area clean and tidy.
